Position & Soil | Plant in a humus-rich, well-drained soil in a sunny position. Plant the bud union above the soil level and water in well keeping the soil moist until tree is established. Fertiliser should be applied at the time of planting and again after the appearance of new growth. Pruning the tree annually will ensure new growth and fruit the following year. |
