Description	This is a variety of Hazelnut that is grown commercially. Produces a medium to large-sized nut and good quality flavour. Whilst Barcelona is self-pollinating it is recommended to plant this variety in a group with at least 3 other varieties for best nut production.

Uses	As a specimen planting with multiples of other Hazelnut varieties if you are looking to maximise fruiting. A flavoursome nut used for cooking, either fresh or lightly roasted.
