This is a fine-leafed, bushy yet compact shrub/tree that is an Australian native. It features cherry red new growth maturing to a deep green. Responds really well to clipping so it is great for hedges and borders.
Acmena 'Cherry Surprise' is stunning as a border or hedge due to its bushy habit and adds great colour all year round. Great for small to large gardens. Likes a moist, well drained soil but can tolerate a range of conditions. |
