This noteworthy Western Sydney University project aims to collect observations of dead or dying trees around Australia, work out what the cause is, identify trees that are currently vulnerable in our ecosystem, and ultimatley take steps to protect them.
Called a citizen science project and the only one set up to monitor the ongoing health of Australian trees particualry after severe drought and bushfire, members of the general public can record and upload photos of dead or dying trees for ongoing assessment. What a great way to contribute to the future of trees in our climate.
