Nature's Pantry at MIFGS 2024

We are long-term suppliers of trees into the gardens on display at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show each year. This year's supply includes the Open Garden Victoria's (OGV's) student design award-winning garden by Sarah McLauchlan.

We are pleased to be supporting Sarah McLauchlan, Landscape designer and graduating student of the London College of Garden Design (Melbourne) with her garden called Nature’s Pantry at this year’s Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show.

Sarah McLauchlan is the successful recipient of the 2024 Open Gardens Victoria Student Design Competition, with a “welcoming haven for visitors to enjoy a feast of nature's offerings.”

Look out for our Coastal Banksia, Elephant Heart Japanese Plum and Red Fuji Apple trees as Sarah's garden offers up a fabulous assortment of perennial edibles, herbs, veggies, and bush foods in the confines of a typically small suburban garden. We see this as great motivation for all of us to become more self-sufficient regardless of space.

Visit Sarah at her stand B53/B54 who will be most pleased to talk to you about her latest garden achievement and longer-term goals. More on Sarah and her win is here.  To get started with your edible garden, a list of our available fruiting and edible trees can be found here.
